Latham & Watkins Advises BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital on Acquisition of Majority Stake in A.Eberle
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised funds advised by BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital on the acquisition of a majority stake in A.Eberle GmbH & Co. KG, a leading provider of measurement, control, and regulation technology for applications in the field of electrical energy infrastructure. BU will support A.Eberle as a long-term partner in accelerating international growth, further advancing product development and continuing to expand the company's position as a technologically leading provider in the field of grid stability and power quality. As part of the transaction, the management team of A.Eberle will reinvest in the company and, together with BU, drive the long-term growth strategy.
Closing is expected in the course of the second quarter of 2026, subject to the fulfillment of customary regulatory and practical conditions. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial terms.
