Latham Advises Blackstone Infrastructure in Investment of Up to €2 Billion in Eurowind Energy
Latham & Watkins has advised Blackstone Infrastructure on an agreement to invest up to €2 billion in Eurowind Energy, a leading pan-European renewables developer and independent power producer. The transaction is expected to close before the end of the year, subject to customary conditions.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partners Sam Newhouse and Beatrice Lo, with associates Richard Dodding, Aimee Godfrey, Shakirah Akhtar, Gemma Cotton, Sonja Hensch, and Marie-Christine Welp.
