Latham & Watkins Advises Astorg and OPEN Health in Acquisition of Acsel Health

Cross-border, multidisciplinary team advised the European private equity firm and its portfolio company on the transaction.  

OPEN Health, a pre-eminent global provider of scientific communications and HEOR & market access services and a portfolio company of European private equity firm Astorg, has announced the acquisition of Acsel Health, a New York-based life science strategy and advisory firm focused on commercial strategy, pricing and market access, and commercial excellence.
