Latham & Watkins Advises Apera on Financing of Lab Supplies Group

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised pan-European private debt investor Apera Asset Management on the financing of the Lab Supplies Group, a group of leading laboratory equipment specialists and a portfolio company of Auctus Capital Partners. The financing was structured as a unitranche facility together with an acquisition facility to support the further growth of the Lab Supplies Group.

The Latham team was led by Munich finance partner Thomas Weitkamp, with associates Philipp Guggeis, Valentin Mezger, and Thomas Stüber. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Munich partner Ulf Kieker, with associate Henning Kleymann; and on real estate matters by counsel Sven Nickel.
