Latham & Watkins advised &Open on a US$7.2 million seed financing round led by First Round Capital and LocalGlobe.
&Open is a Dublin based startup providing corporate gift-giving services; it has developed a software service that allows brands to send gifts to send to customers to boost loyalty and engagement.
The Latham team was led by London partner
Shing Lo, with associates Terry Charalambous and Róisín Mbonu.
