Latham Advises AIR Limited in Business Combination With Cantor Equity Partners III and Nasdaq Listing
Latham & Watkins has advised AIR Limited, the global leader in flavored shisha molasses and pioneer in advanced inhalation technologies, on its business combination with Cantor Equity Partners III, a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald, and subsequent public listing. The combined company, AIR Global PLC, is now publicly listed on the Nasdaq in the United States under the ticker symbol AIIR.
