Latham & Watkins Advises Abacus Global Management on Strategic Minority Investment in Manning & Napier

Abacus Global Management, Inc. (Abacus) (NYSE: ABX), a leader in the alternative asset management industry, has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire an approximately US$53 million minority equity stake in Manning & Napier, Inc., a diversified wealth and asset management firm with approximately US$18 billion in total assets under management.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Abacus in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Houston partners Kevin Richardson, Ryan Maierson, and counsel Denny Lee, with associates Chase Browndorf, Samantha McGarvey, and Harrison Little.
