Latham & Watkins Advises Eventbrite in its Financing with Francisco Partners

Eventbrite, Inc., a global self-service ticketing and experience technology platform, announced the company has secured financing with Francisco Partners of up to US$225 million. 

Latham & Watkins represents Eventbrite in the transaction. The finance team was led by Bay Area partner Haim Zaltzman and Washington, D.C. partner Benjamin Berman, with Bay Area associates Trevor Church  and Reena Sahota, and New York associate Kevin Schoonveld. The corporate team was led by Bay Area partner Kathleen Wells and New York partner Greg Rodgers, with Los Angeles associate Caitlin O’Brien and Bay Area associate Richard Kim.

Advice was also provided on tax matters by Los Angeles partner Eric Cho, with associate Abigail Friedman; and on benefits and compensation matters by Bay Area partner Maj Vaseghi.
