Latham Restructuring Partner Named One of American Bankruptcy Institute’s 40 Under 40

Natasha Hwangpo, a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and member of the firm’s Restructuring Practice, has been named to the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) 2026 40 Under 40 list. Each year, ABI recognizes rising leaders in the restructuring and insolvency industry with “outstanding records of professional achievement and community leadership.” Honorees are selected by a 16-person steering committee.

Natasha advises clients on high-profile restructuring and liability management transactions, including her recent representation of FAT Brands Inc. in its confirmed Chapter 11 plan involving US$1.5 billion in funded debt.
