Latham Recognized With Two Deal of the Year Honors at TMT Finance Awards USA 2026

Latham & Watkins has been recognized in two Deal of the Year categories at the TMT Finance Awards USA 2026, which celebrate excellence in digital infrastructure dealmaking and investment:

• Data Center Deal of the Year — M&A: Meta and Blue Owl — Hyperion Data Center Campus
  Latham advised Meta in connection with the US$2.3 billion equity investment forming part of the total US$29.5 billion financing package for Meta and Blue Owl’s Hyperion data center campus.

• Data Center Deal of the Year — Debt: Meta and Blue Owl — Project Beignet
  The award recognizes the US$27.3 billion structured joint venture financing between Meta Platforms and funds managed by Blue Owl Capital to develop the Hyperion AI data center campus in Richland Parish, Louisiana.
