Latham Advises Autobia on US$12 Million Series A

Firm represents the Saudi technology company in the funding round.

Latham & Watkins has advised Autobia, a Saudi platform building the ecosystem behind the auto parts sector, on its US$12 million Series A funding round.

The round was led by Artal Capital with participation from Aljazira Capital and Wa’ed Ventures.

The Latham team was led by partners Omar Maayeh and Eyad Latif, with associates Rehab Ahmed Abdelwahab, Michael Hammond, and Shiva Dakhili.
