Patricia Young Discusses a Full Bench at the ITC With IAM

Patricia Young, Vice Chair of Latham’s IP Litigation Practice, was featured in an IAM article (subscription required) discussing what a full bench of commissioners at the US International Trade Commission (ITC) could mean following the appointment of several new commissioners.

“It's difficult to predict major substantive shifts because the ITC hasn't operated with a full commission in quite some time,” Patricia explains. She adds that any changes in outcomes on issues will only emerge over time through the commission’s decisions.
