Experienced Private Equity Real Estate Partner Joins Latham & Watkins in London
Latham & Watkins LLP is pleased to announce that Patrick Hennessy has joined the firm’s London office as a partner in the Real Estate Practice. Hennessy brings extensive experience advising private equity firms, global real estate investment funds, and private companies on a variety of complex corporate real estate and real estate private equity transactions.

Hennessy advises clients across the UK, Europe, and Asia on cross-border M&A, disposals, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, and co-investments. He has particularly deep expertise in real estate M&A and innovative real estate joint venture structures, including significant experience advising on data center transactions.

Hennessy joins Latham & Watkins from Gibson Dunn. He received his LLB from the University of Southampton and completed his Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice.
