Aaron Chiu and Leah Sauter recognized as “They’ve Got Next” rising legal stars for their leadership, service, and success.

Aaron Chiu, a Litigation & Trial partner in the Bay Area, and Leah Sauter, a corporate partner in New York, have been honored in Bloomberg Law’s 2026 “They’ve Got Next” report, which recognizes lawyers under age 40 who “excel in a legal profession being reshaped by AI and new avenues for leadership, service, and success.” According to Bloomberg Law, the honorees are “advancing the business objectives of their clients in complex deals and litigation.”

Aaron, a member of the global Antitrust & Competition Practice, represents public and private companies in cutting‑edge, precedent‑setting antitrust disputes with a focus on sports and technology. An experienced trial lawyer and trusted advisor on emergent antitrust issues, he helps clients preserve the latitude to innovate and advance their businesses within the global economy while limiting the risk of litigation or investigation. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, regularly handling appeals through the Ninth Circuit’s Pro Bono Program.

Leah, a member of the M&A and Private Equity practices, has built a reputation for advising on some of the most complicated and material M&A transactions announced globally each year. She represents public and private companies and their boards, as well as private equity firms, on business‑critical transactions, combining her extensive cross‑border transactional experience and keen understanding of markets.
