Latham Represents Jefferies in Financing for Latham Group, Inc.

Latham & Watkins represented Jefferies as administrative agent in connection with providing a US$75 million senior secured multicurrency revolving line of credit and US$300 million term loan facility to Latham Group, Inc., the largest designer, manufacturer, and marketer of in-ground residential swimming pools in North America, Australia, and New Zealand.

Partners Jesse Sheff and Kelly Egers led the Latham banking team, with associates Eric Dang and Omar Adel. Advice was also provided on capital markets matters by partners Eric Rice and Ryan Gold; and on tax matters by partner Bora Bozkurt and counsel Kathryn Harrington, with associate Daniel Mousseri.
