Latham & Watkins has advised Felix Capital on the US$8 million Series A of Medly AI, an AI-powered learning platform.
The round was led by Felix Capital, with participation from Eka Ventures and Ada Ventures, alongside angel investors.
The Latham team was led by London partner Shing Lo, with counsel Samantha Peacock and associate Shiva Dakhili.
