Latham & Watkins Advises Menlo Ventures on Lovable’s US$400 Million Series C

Lovable has announced it has raised US$400 million in Series C round at a US$13.3 billion valuation, led by Menlo Ventures and co-led by the EQT-managed Scaleup Europe Fund, with more than a dozen other investors participating.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Menlo Ventures in the transaction with a corporate team led by Bay Area partner Ben Potter, with associates Saem Kim and Saiyaz Kazi.
