Latham & Watkins Advises CaTECH in Acquisition of Envision Technology Group

CaTECH Systems (CaTECH), a leading provider of integrated infrastructure services across Canada, announced the acquisition of Envision Technology Group, a leading Overland Park-based provider of critical infrastructure technology services serving data center, industrial, educational, and other critical infrastructure customers throughout the broader United States market.
