London team advises lead investor on one of the largest ever Series Seed funding rounds in Europe.
Latham & Watkins has advised Atomico as lead investor on the US$100 million Series Seed funding round of Callosum, a platform providing the essential layer between AI applications and the compute that runs them.
The round was led by Atomico, with participation from Plural, DCVC, and UK Sovereign AI, alongside other investors and angels.
The Latham team was led by London partner Shing Lo, with associate Victoria Mah.
