Latham & Watkins Advises Innoviz on Registered Direct Offering

Innoviz Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: INVZ) (Innoviz), a leading supplier of high‑performance, automotive‑grade LiDAR sensor platforms for the automotive, security, defense, and industrial markets, has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with certain institutional investors for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 66,666,667 ordinary shares. The offering resulted in gross proceeds of approximately US$30 million, before deducting offering expenses.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Innoviz in the offering with a corporate team led by Houston partners Ryan Lynch and Clayton Heery and Tel Aviv/London partner Josh Kiernan, with associates Carol Bale and Andy Sorensen. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Washington, D.C. partner Abigail Friedman and Houston partner Christine Mainguy, with associate Shiyi Parsons.
