Latham & Watkins Advises on AutoZone, Inc.’s US$850 Million Senior Notes Offering

AutoZone, Inc. (NYSE: AZO) has priced an offering of US$850 million aggregate principal amount of 4.950% senior notes due 2031. The notes were priced at 99.908% of the principal amount and will mature on July 15, 2031. The offering is expected to close on July 14, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
