NewLimit has announced that it closed a US$435 million Series C led by Founders Fund alongside new investors Thrive Capital, Greenoaks, and Quiet Capital, and returning investors Kleiner Perkins, Abstract, Nat Friedman/Daniel Gross, Valor Equity Partners, Eli Lilly Ventures, Human Capital, and others.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised NewLimit on the funding, with an Emerging Companies and Growth team led by Bay Area partner Benjamin Potter and San Diego/Los Angeles partner Christian Hollweg, with associates Alex Stuart‑Lovell and Katie Raya.
