Latham & Watkins was named International Law Firm of the Year at the Asian Legal Business India Law Awards 2026, which celebrate outstanding legal achievements in the region.
Asian Legal Business also recognized two marquee deals Latham advised on:
- Debt Market Deal of the Year: Biocon Biologics’ US$800 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering — The firm’s Asia team represented the lead managers on the offering, marking the first US$ bond issuance by a biopharmaceutical company in Asia-Pacific and the largest high-yield debut issuance from India in the past decade.
- Equity Market Deal of the Year: Hexaware’s US$1 Billion IPO — Latham advised the global IT services company on its IPO, which marks the largest-ever IT services IPO in India and the first billion-dollar deal in India of 2025.
