Latham Advises on RQ Bio’s US$115 Million Series A Financing

Latham & Watkins has advised four of the lead investors – Frazier Life Sciences, EQT Life Sciences, Monograph, and Forbion – in RQ Bio’s US$115 million (£85.5 million) Series A financing.

RQ Bio is a private biotechnology company developing long-acting antibody therapeutics for the prevention of influenza in high-risk and immunocompromised populations.

The Latham team was led by San Diego partner Matthew Bush, with London counsel Samantha Peacock, and associate Louie Gray. Advice was also provided on healthcare and life sciences matters by London partner Lydia Torne, with associate Arun John Mohan; on tax matters by London partner Karl Mah, with associate Allegra Benitah; on employment matters by London partner Sarah Gadd, with associate Venice Ma; and on data and technology matters by London associate Dal Lim.
