Latham & Watkins has advised GSK on a strategic research collaboration and option agreement with Engitix, a biotechnology company pioneering extracellular matrix (ECM)-driven drug discovery, to identify and validate novel therapeutic targets driving liver fibrosis regression.
The Latham team was led by London partner Lydia Torne, with associate Luke Nauth.
