Initial Group, the global entertainment company backed by TPG, has made a strategic investment in Brandon Creed’s Good World Management, forming a long‑term partnership to support both companies’ continued growth and expansion.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Initial Group and TPG in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Los Angeles partners Rick Offsay and Liliana Ranger and New York counsel Julian Azran, with associate Emma Giusto and assistance from Olivia Cardenas. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Bay Area partner Katharine Moir, with associate Gregory Conyers; and on benefits matters by New York partner Erin Murphy, with associates Seokwon Lee and Anne Bracaglia and assistance from Amelia Best.
