Machina Labs, a leader in advanced manufacturing and robotics, has announced it has closed a Series C financing round. Woven Capital, Toyota’s growth-stage venture arm, Lockheed Martin Ventures, Balerion Space Ventures, and Strategic Development Fund (SDF) invested in the round.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Balerion Space Ventures in the transaction with a corporate team led by San Diego counsel Evan Youngstrom.
