Latham & Watkins Advises on MXN 6.4 Billion Loan Refinancing of Viaducto Elevado Bicentenario Project
Latham & Watkins represented the banks in connection with the MXN 6.4 billion loan refinancing of the Viaducto Elevado Bicentenario project, one of the main roads connecting municipalities in the metropolitan area of the State of Mexico with Mexico City. This financing comprised two separate MXN 3.2 billion facilities, one under New York law and one under Mexican law, along with their respective interest rate hedges.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised the banks in the transaction with a deal team led by partner Guido Liniado, with associates Andres Chester, Jorge Hinzpeter,* and Emiliano Flores** with assistance from international visiting associates Lucila Dorado and Giancarlo Carrazza.
