Latham & Watkins Advises on AI-Networking Solutions Leader Ethernovia’s US$90 Million Series B Financing Round
Ethernovia, Inc., a semiconductor startup building Ethernet-based, packet processor-centric networking solutions to support the real-time sensor, AI, and control data demands of software-defined autonomy across vehicles, robots, and intelligent machines, has announced the close of a Series B funding round over US$90 million led by Maverick Silicon with participation from Socratic Partners, Conduit Capital, and CDIB-TEN Capital. The round also included additional funding from Ethernovia’s existing investors including Porsche SE, Qualcomm Ventures, and Fall Line Capital.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Maverick Silicon in the transaction with a deal team led by partners John Miller and Haim Zaltzman, with associates Pat Argenio and Jihoo Kim. Advice was also provided on benefits matters by partner Josh Friedman; and on sanctions and export control matters by partner Andrew Galdes, counsel Catherine Hein, and associate Christine Kalpin.
