Latham Advises Consortium on Refinancing for Stockholm Exergi

London team represents consortium on refinancing for stake in Stockholm's largest heating and cooling infrastructure provider.
Latham & Watkins has advised a consortium of European pension funds, consisting of APG, Alecta, AXA IM, Keva, and PGGM, on the refinancing of their existing MidCo debt in Stockholm Exergi, Stockholm’s largest heating and cooling infrastructure provider.
The transaction will support the consortium’s continued commitment to Stockholm Exergi and the company’s growth to become a market leader in the European carbon capture space.
The Latham team was led by London infrastructure partner Conrad Andersen and counsel Amanda Fortuna, with associate Lewis Morley.
