Latham Advises on Ceva’s Public Offering
Ceva, Inc. (NASDAQ: CEVA) has announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of US$19.50 per share. All of the shares to be sold in the proposed offering are to be sold by Ceva. In addition, Ceva has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The gross proceeds to Ceva from the proposed offering (before deducting underwriters’ discounts and commissions and offering expenses) are expected to be approximately US$58.5 million (assuming no exercise of the underwriters’ option).
