Latham Advises on Beacon Offshore Energy Reserve-Based Lending Facilities
Latham & Watkins has advised the structuring and coordination banks and a syndicate of lenders on two reserve-based lending facilities with an aggregated facility amount of US$1.2 billion for Beacon Offshore Energy.
The financings support Beacon’s ongoing activities in the US Gulf of America, enabling development and exploration across Beacon’s US Gulf of America portfolio and provide flexibility for general corporate purposes.
The Latham team was led by London finance partner Tom Bartlett and Houston finance partner Trevor Wommack, with London associate Nassef Ghazy, Houston counsel Natalie McFarland, and associate Andrew Willis.
