Latham & Watkins Advises Meta in Acquisition of Rivos
Meta Platforms, Inc. (Nasdaq: META) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Rivos™ Inc., a leader in high-performance and power-efficient server solutions built on RISC-V, to bolster its internal semiconductor development and control more of its infrastructure for artificial intelligence work.
