Latham & Watkins Advises Brookfield and Rockpoint Gas Storage in Rockpoint’s Upsized C$809 Million Initial Public Offering

Rockpoint Gas Storage Inc. has announced that it has closed its upsized initial public offering of 32,000,000 class “A” common shares at a price of C$22.00 per Class A Share for gross proceeds of approximately C$704,000,000. In addition, the underwriters exercised their option in full to acquire an additional 4,800,000 Class A Shares for gross proceeds of approximately C$105,600,000.
