Latham & Watkins Advises Sharp Performance in US$12 Million Seed Funding
Sharp Performance, a coaching platform designed to give public safety professionals support that works for them, has announced it has raised US$12 million in a seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from A*, Commonweal Ventures, Formation, SV Angel, and Liquid 2.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Sharp Performance in the funding round with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by Bay Area partner Benjamin Potter, with associate Justin Tzeng.
