Multidisciplinary New York-based team represented the global private markets firm in the transaction.

Global private markets firm Partners Group has announced that it has made a strategic investment in Omie, a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise resource planning software solutions in Brazil.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Partners Group in the transaction with a New York-based corporate team led by partner Philip Wolf, with partner Eli Curi and associates Andres Medina-Jordan and Jeremie Ruiz. Partner Matthew Dewitz advised on tax matters.
