Latham & Watkins Advises on Upscale AI’s US$100 Million Seed Funding

Upscale AI, Inc., a new high performance AI networking company, has announced its launch with over US$100 million in funding. The seed round was co-led by Mayfield and Maverick Silicon and included participation from StepStone Group, Celesta Capital, Xora, Qualcomm Ventures, Cota Capital, MVP Ventures, and Stanford University.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Maverick Silicon in the funding round with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by partners John Miller and Haim Zaltzman, with associates Pat Argenio, Jihoo Kim, and Alberto Cabrera Rivera.
