Latham & Watkins Advises on CoinShares International Limited’s Business Combination With Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp.

CoinShares, the leading European asset manager specializing in digital assets, and Vine Hill have entered into a definitive business combination agreement that will result in CoinShares becoming publicly listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market in the United States. The proposed transaction is expected to close by the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions, including shareholder and regulatory approvals.
