Latham Recognized With Six LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards Including Life Cycle Firm of the Year
Latham & Watkins was honored with six wins at the prestigious LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards — more than any other firm. These awards aim to recognize innovative and impactful work from across an array of legal specialties that influence the life sciences industry. Earlier this year, Latham was honored with six LMG Life Sciences EMEA Awards.

- Impact Deal of the Year — A multidisciplinary team led by Charles Ruck and Daniel Rees advised Cereval Therapeutics in its US$8.7 billion acquisition by AbbVie in this award-winning deal. The transaction adds a wide range of best-in-class assets to AbbVie’s neuroscience pipeline that may transform standards of care across psychiatric and neurological disorders where significant unmet needs remain for patients.
