Latham & Watkins has advised Kinland AS (Kinland), a social infrastructure company providing high-quality properties for government-backed care services, supported by PATRIZIA, an investment manager in global real assets, on the successful refinancing of certain debt financing arrangements through the establishment of a long-term infrastructure common terms platform.
