Latham & Watkins Advises Allen Media Group in Sale of Television Stations in 10 Markets to Gray Media
Gray Media, Inc. has reached an agreement with Byron Allen’s Allen Media Group, Inc. (AMG) to acquire AMG’s television stations in 10 markets for US$171 million.
