Latham Advises on JSW Cement’s US$410 Million IPO
Latham & Watkins has advised on JSW Cement’s US$410 million initial public offering (IPO) on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). JM Financial, Axis Cap, Citigroup, DAM Capital, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies India, Kotak, and SBI Cap served as the book running lead managers for the IPO.
The Latham team was led by Singapore corporate partner Rajiv Gupta, with associates Esha Goel, Margarita del Rosario, Jeffy Katio, and Chaitrika Bellana. Advice was also provided on US tax matters by New York partner Elena Romanova, with associate Claire Park.
