Latham Advises Lenders on Financing for BC Partners’ Investment in IGS GeboJagema

London team represents the lenders in the transaction to acquire a majority stake in a Dutch-based company that designs and manufactures high-precision injection molds.

Latham & Watkins has advised the lenders on the financing for BC Partners’ acquisition of a majority stake in IGS GeboJagema, alongside current financial partner Smile Invest and the IGS management team, who will retain a minority shareholding. IGS is a Dutch-based company that designs and manufactures high-precision injection molds, used in the production of critical medical devices.

The Latham team was led by London Banking & Private Credit partners Joydeep Choudhuri and Danielle Brown, with associates Nicolle Odutoye and Victoria Butler. Advice on tax matters was provided by London partner Karl Mah, with associate Ines Kilkelly.
