Latham Advises Kammelna in Acquisition by Impact46

Middle East team represents Saudi game development studio in the transaction.
Latham & Watkins has advised Kammelna, the Saudi gaming studio best known for digitizing the Kingdom’s iconic card game Baloot, in its acquisition by Impact46, one of Saudi Arabia’s most active technology investors. The deal represents Impact46's largest investment in Saudi Arabia's entertainment and video games industry.
The investment will accelerate new cultural games, expansion, and global reach.
The Latham team was led by Dubai partner Omar Maayeh, with associates Stephanie Dang, Sumaya Bamakhrama, Faisal Imam,* and Fady Saleh.
