Latham Advises on Financing for Bain Capital’s Investment in HSO

Latham & Watkins has advised the arrangers on the financing for Bain Capital’s investment in HSO, a leading global Microsoft services partner. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the coming months.
Founded in 1987, HSO supports clients across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific with end-to-end services across the Microsoft product suite including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Data, and AI.
