Bradley Faris, Global Vice Chair of Latham’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice, has been named a Notable M&A Dealmaker by Crain’s Chicago Business in its inaugural report recognizing leading dealmakers guiding transformative deals across industries.
Bradley represents corporate and private equity clients from across industries and jurisdictions in their highest-stakes public and private M&A transactions, including “merger of equal” and other business combinations, special committees and conflict of interest transactions, going-private transactions, divisional carve-out transactions, and shareholder activism and takeover defense.
