Prominent Private Equity Partner to Join Latham in London
Latham & Watkins is pleased to announce that Ross Allardice will join the firm’s London office as a partner in the M&A and Private Equity Practice. Allardice brings a wealth of experience advising leading private equity houses, financial sponsors, and their portfolio companies on a variety of complex cross-border transactions, with a focus on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, joint ventures, and public offerings.

Allardice is one of the City’s most experienced and leading private equity lawyers, with a stellar track record in advising on high-profile large-cap LBO transactions. His broad practice spans a variety of highly active industries, with a particular focus on the healthcare and life sciences, financial services, business services, and technology sectors.

Allardice joins Latham from White & Case. He received his LLB from the University of Dundee and LLM from the University of Cambridge.
