Jefferson Capital, Inc., a leading analytically driven purchaser and manager of charged off and insolvency consumer accounts, announced the pricing of its underwritten initial public offering of 11,500,000 shares of common stock (including the exercise in full of the underwriters' overallotment option) at an initial public offering price of US$15 per share. Jefferson Capital offered 625,000 shares of common stock, and certain existing stockholders offered 10,875,000 shares of common stock. Jefferson Capital’s common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on June 26, 2025, under the ticker symbol “JCAP,” and the offering closed on June 27, 2025.
