Latham Advises on Exein’s €70 Million Series C Funding Round

London and Milan teams represent investors on fundraising of Italian cybersecurity solutions provider for IoT devices.
Latham & Watkins has advised Balderton, Lakestar, and Supernova Invest on the €70 million Series C funding round of Exein, an Italian-based provider of cybersecurity solutions for internet of things (IoT) devices.
The round was led by Balderton, with participation from new investors Supernova Invest and Lakestar, and existing investors 33N, United Ventures, and Partech.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with London associate Venice Ma. Advice was also provided on Italian corporate matters by Milan partner Giovanni Sandicchi, with associate Chiara Stanzione.
