Milan partner Stefano Sciolla has been named Private Equity Lawyer of the Year for the fourth time at the Legalcommunity Corporate Awards 2025. The publication once again recognized Sciolla as one of the “reference points” in the Italian private equity market, highlighting his global role with the firm and in the market, advising on a number of landmark transactions in key strategic industries, including the recent acquisition of a major online retail giant by a competitor.
